The City of Pilot Rock, Oregon, invites Bids for the construction of Wastewater System Improve-
ments - 2019. The Work for this Project generally consists of constructing bentonite-lined treatment
and evaporative lagoons for the City of Pilot Rock’s wastewater system. Work will include approxi-
mately 130,000 cubic yards of excavation, three flow control structures, approximately 3,000 linear
feet (LF) of 8-inch polyvinyl chloride (PVC) lagoon transfer piping, installation via open trench excava-
tion of approximately 4,535 LF of 6-inch PVC forcemain, construction of a new wastewater lift station
and standby generator building, and approximately 1,880 LF of cured-in-place pipe collection system
rehabilitation, together with all other Work required to complete the Project as shown on the Drawings.
