1:56 a.m. - A resident on Southeast Hill Street, Heppner,
reported he drove up to his home and saw a male in his yard.
They scuffled, he recognized the male and scolded him, and the
male fled. The caller also said he wanted the Morrow County
Sheriff’s Office to trespass the male from the property and was
fine with contact during the day.
7:58 a.m. - Several cars in the no parking zone at West
Orchard Avenue and Southwest Seventh Street, Hermiston,
drew a complaint to police.
9:47 a.m. - Stanfield police responded to a collision between
two semitrailers at the Pilot Travel Center, 2115 S. Highway 395,
Stanfield.
10:08 a.m. - Staff at Builders FirstSource, 81054 N. Highway
395, Hermiston, reported someone cut a 3-foot section of the
property’s fence but were not sure if any items were missing.
11:52 a.m. - A white male and female harassed employees at
the Jack in the Box, 1904 S.W. Court Ave., Pendleton, then left
before police arrived.
2:04 p.m. - Hermiston police received complaints about
door-to-door book sellers on West Ridgeway Avenue and on
Northwest 10th Street.
3:05 p.m. - A Boardman mother on Paul Smith Road asked
for a trap to capture an aggressive cat that attacked her daughter
and animals.
4:07 p.m. - A 911 caller reported a burglary at a site on
Northeast Riverside Avenue, Pendleton.
5:03 p.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a
complaint from an Irrigon caller about a lowered black Chevrolet
pickup with yard debris zipping around Southeast Utah Avenue
before dumping the load on 10th Street.
5:54 p.m. - A 911 caller reported a mound of trash at Lind
Road and Margaret Avenue, Umatilla.
7:01 p.m. - A Pendleton resident on Southeast 11th Street
called the Umatilla County dispatch center because her
bathroom sink was backing up. Dispatcher referred her to a
plumber.
8:36 p.m. - Boardman police responded to the Frontier Court
trailer park, 105 Main St. S., Boardman, on a report of two males
fighting. Police contacted both parties and kept them separated.
10:06 p.m. - Pendleton police received a report of domestic
violence at Southeast Frazer Avenue and Second Street,
Pendleton.
11:42 p.m. - Hermiston police responded to a report of shots
fired on West Wren Avenue but did not find any sources.
ARRESTS, CITATIONS
Wednesday
•Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Urbano Cazares,
27, of Milton-Freewater, for felony possession of methamphet-
amine, interfering with a peace officer and felony attempt to
elude.
•Pendleton police arrested Tyler James Neff, 27, of 807 S.W.
Sixth St., Pendleton, for domestic violence charges of strangula-
tion and fourth-degree assault.
Thursday
•Pendleton police arrested Anna May Douglas, 27, of
Pendleton, for felony possession of methamphetamine.
•Pendleton police at 3:23 a.m. received a report of drug
activity at Southeast First Street and Byers Avenue. Police
responded and arrested Phillip Floyd Stalvig, 32, of 2410
N.W. Carden St., Pendleton, for felony meth possession and
second-degree trespass.
•Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Brandy
Maglaughlin, 37, of Hermiston, for felony vandalism.
