A default has occurred under the terms of a trust deed made by
Garrett D Later and Shanna R Later, Husband and Wife, whose
address is 620 NE 2nd Street, Hermiston, OR 97838 as grant-
or to Pioneer Title Company, as Trustee, in favor of Mortgage
Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Mann
Mortgage, LLC dba Westcorp Mortgage Group , its Successors
and Assigns, as named Beneficiary, dated September 20, 2013,
recorded September 24, 2013, in the mortgage records of Umatil-
la County, Oregon, as Instrument No. 2013-6100304; J.P. Morgan
Mortgage Acquisition Corp. is the present Beneficiary as defined
by ORS 86.705(2), as covering the following described real
property: as covering the following described real property: Lot
