STATEMENT OF CHANGES IN ACTIVITIES and SOURCES OF FINANCING
The District plans to move forward in late 2018 with the Marina Parking Lot Expansion Project at an estimated cost of $630,000. A
grant has been awarded from the Oregon State Marine Board and another is expected from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to
cover $472,500 of the Project. The Wildhorse Foundation has awarded the District $14,000 towards the $157,500 in local match-
ing funds necessary to complete the project. Other matching funds will be through District funds and in-kind labor and materials.
