The State of Oregon through its agencies: Oregon Housing and
Community Services, Oregon Health Authority, and Oregon Busi-
ness Development Department, are seeking public comments
for our priorities for housing and community development on the
Oregon:
Proposed 2018 Annual Action Plan (AAP)
The AAP addresses the use of HOME Investment Partnership
Program, National Housing Trust Fund, Community Development
Block Grant, Emergency Solutions Grant, and Housing Oppor-
tunities for People with HIV/AIDS funds and Oregon fair housing
issues, and the National Housing Trust Fund for the program year
January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018.
All Oregon residents are invited to submit comments during the
30 day public comment period beginning May 18, 2018 and end-
ing June 18, 2018. Written comments may be submitted to Ore-

fencing with triple barbed wire top, and one set of double 12’ wide
gates. The fencing materials and construction shall be similar to
the new yard fence at the Morrow County Public Department, 365
West Highway, Lexington, Oregon. The contractor will provide all
material and labor necessary to complete the project.
This is a MORROW COUNTY Project by and through THE MOR-
ROW COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT, fully funded by
Morrow County and is subject to the current Oregon Bureau of
Labor and Industries (BOLI) Prevailing Wage Rates.
A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the bid amount is required with
the proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of
the contract bid amount will be required of the successful bidder.
The contractor will not be required to have an asbestos abatement
license under ORS 468A.720.
