NOTICE OF BUDGET
COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Bud-
get Committee of the Stanfield
School District 61R, Umatilla
County, State of Oregon, to dis-
cuss the budget for the fiscal
year July 1, 2018 to June 30,
2019, will be held at the District
Conference Room, 1120 N. Main
St., Stanfield OR. The meeting
will take place on May 16th,
2018 at 7:00 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting is
to receive the budget message
and to receive comment from
the public on the budget.
This is a public meeting where
deliberation of the Budget Com-
mittee will take place. Any per-
son may appear at the meeting
and discuss the proposed pro-
grams with the Budget Commit-
tee.
A copy of the budget document
may be inspected or obtained on
or after May 17th, 2018 at 1120
N. Main St., Stanfield, between
the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00
p.m.

Sealed bids will be received in
the Wallowa County Board of
Commissioners Office, by Sta-
cey Fregulia, Executive Assis-
tant, until 3:00 p.m., May 17th,
2018, on 6 - 30 Yard Recycle
Dropboxes with a minimum bid
of $3,000 per box. The bids will
be opened for review at that time
and presented to the Wallowa
County Board of Commission-
ers for consideration of award
on Monday, May 21st, 2018 at
9:00 a.m.
Your bid must be submitted in a
SEALED envelope addressed
to the Wallowa County Board
of Commissioners, 101 S. River
St., Enterprise, OR 97828, and
should be clearly marked on the
outside of the envelope “Bid for
Dropboxes – To be Opened at
3:00 p.m. on May 17th, 2018.”
Call 541-426-3332 for a stan-
dard bid form, detailed specifi-
cations, and an appointment to
see the boxes.
No bids will be accepted by fac-
simile or electronic data inter-
change.
Wallowa County may reject any
bid not in compliance with all
prescribed public bidding pro-
cedures and requirements, and
may for good cause, reject any
and all bids upon a finding of the
agency that it is in the public in-
terest to do so.

Survey Entry Notification
as required by ORS 672.047
CK3, LLC is providing Pro-
fessional Land Surveying
Services for the Umatilla
County Surveyors Office. The
project primarily consists of
establishing State Plane Co-
ordinates on all existing mon-
uments at Section Corners
and One-Quarter Corners
additionally we will be renew-
ing and establishing reference
monuments/ties to help locat-
ed these monuments in fu-
ture surveys, lastly we will be
re-establishing any lost corner
monuments (few are assumed
to be lost).
The County uses this infor-
mation in a number of dif-
ferent ways. These corner
monuments may not neces-
sarily represent your property
boundaries. Complete record/
title research regarding your
private boundaries has not
been made apart of the proj-
ect.
During the course of this sur-
vey limited access to private
property in the area of these
corners may be needed.
Several visits may be neces-
sary for us to accomplish the
required work. The work is
scheduled to start in mid May
and be completed by June
30, 2019. Temporary and/or
permanent professional Land
Surveyor for the Project will be
Lance C. King. A copy of this
survey will be available after
competion of our office at the
address below or at the Uma-
tilla County Surveyors Office.

STATEMENT OF CHANGES IN ACTIVITIES and SOURCES OF FINANCING *
The City will increase the water rates by 7% ($1.50 to residential users), as part of the incremental increases to meet rising costs associat-
ed with the operation and maintenance of the water system. The Public Safety Surcharge ordinance of 2010 provided for a $6.00 monthly
surcharge to assist in funding a three man police department. With the police department now fully staffed the surcharge will be increased
from $4.50 to $6.00 to fully fund this department. Increases to personal services reflect an increase in medical insurance costs, PERS as
well as a 3% wage increase.
