The City of Enterprise, Oregon, invites Bids for the construction
of City Hall - Fire Station - 2018. The Work for this Project con-
sists of the installation of a new 128-foot by 90-foot steel building
with an attached 72-foot by 50-foot steel building constructed at
the location of the old City Hall - Fire Station facility. Work shall
include the demolition of an existing concrete masonry unit struc-
ture and associated concrete foundation and facilities and con-
struction of the new pre-engineered steel buildings, together with
all utilities, interior office finishes, and site work for a complete
and functioning City Hall and Fire Station.
Sealed Bids for the described Project will be received by Michele
Young, City Administrator, at the City of Enterprise City Hall, 117
E. Main Street, Enterprise, Oregon 97828, until 1:00 p.m., local
time, May 24, 2018, at which time the Bids received will be publicly
opened and read.
The Contract is subject to the applicable provisions of ORS
279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage
Law.
