Water State Revolving fund
intends to accept the Find-
ing of no Significant Impact
environmental determination
made by the United States
Department of Agriculture
(Rural Development). The
environmental determination
for the above referenced proj-
ect was published on April 12,
2017.
The Oregon DEQ has re-
viewed all pertinent informa-
tion on the above referenced
project and finds the scope
of the proposed project to be
the same; the determination
made was within the previous
5 years and met consultation
requirements regarding other
federal environmental laws
and executive orders.
