to provide out-patient men-
tal health services in our
Arlington office. Qualified
applicants must have a
Bachelor’s degree from an
accredited college in psy-
chology, social work, or
other human service related
field.
Master’s degree preferred.
Preferred CADC (Certified
Alcohol and Drug Counsel-
or) or the ability to obtain
certification within two years
of hire. This is a 1.0 FTE
position that will also work
an on-call rotation during
non-business hours re-
quired for crisis services.
The salary range for this full-
time position is $35,600.00
to $61,800.00 per year, de-
pending on experience and
education level. Wage will
be higher for candidates
possessing a LPC, LCSW,
or PhD.

Qualifications: High School
diploma or equivalency. Ex-
cellent computer skills; famil-
iarity with operation software.
Excellent hand-eye coordina-
tion; Safety cautious. Experi-
ence working with lab testers
and plant equipment. Ability
to follow directions, and work
well with little supervision.
Excellent written and oral
communication skills. Abil-
ity to safely and effectively
coordinate multiple projects/
tasks. Bilingual skills are
(English/Spanish) preferred.
Must have the ability to work
different shifts and overtime.
This includes the possibility
of short-term and long-term
shift reassignment to match
the needs of the business.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The Echo Rural Fire District is
accepting proposals for mount-
ing and plumbing a 2000 gallon
water tank. Project shall include
removing tank and hydrau-
lic driven pump from existing
truck and mounting onto a 1992
Freightliner 6X6 truck. Propos-
al shall also include removing
large winch from rear of truck
and plumbing hydraulics and
water lines to operate existing
water pump. Echo FD is also
accepting proposals for painting
a 1992 Freightliner cab, chassis
and 2000 gallon tank. Currently
painted in camouflage green.
Paint scheme will include two
colors. If submitting for both
requests, submit individually,
not combined.
