UPCOMING SERVICES
TUESDAY
7:52 a.m. - A Hermiston woman asked to speak to an
officer about the vulgar text messages she was receiving.
8:12 a.m. - Hermiston police received a complaint about
transients trespassing on property on East Main Street.
8:46 a.m. - A Pendleton man complained about the
state or the city plowing snow and piling it up on his lot at
Southeast Sixth Street and Frazer Avenue.
10:21 a.m. - A man told Hermiston police he returned to
his home on the 700 block of West Highland Avenue and
noticed someone stole his garbage can and left a shopping
cart in its place.
11:27 a.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received
a request to have a deputy watch the handicapped parking
spaces at the Heppner Market Fresh, 238 N. Main St. The
sheriff’s office had a deputy keep an eye out.
12:05 p.m. - A resident of Southeast Utah Avenue,
Irrigon, reported a person backed into his driveway to turn
around, so he confronted the driver for trespassing, and the
driver called him a derogatory name. The caller also said he
was upset that a nearby Morrow County sheriff’s deputy did
not intervene.
Sheriff Ken Matlack took the complaint, trespassed the
driver and talked to the caller about property boundaries.
12:33 p.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office
returned to Irrigon’s Southeast Utah Avenue after a caller
complained the neighbor’s Chihuahua was out and could
impregnate her service dog. A deputy told the parties to
keep their dogs inside.
5:14 p.m. - Pendleton police took a report following a
911 call from Southwest first Street about a dog bite to the
face.
7:04 p.m. - Hermiston police responded to the 300
block of West Theater Lane for a male who was yelling and
kicking doors.
7:06 p.m. - A Lexington woman reported a break-in
at the storage shed in her yard on West Arcade Street.
She added she is having issues with some tenants in the
building.
7:30 - Cascade Natural Gas crews made an emergency
repair on Randall Avenue, Umatilla.

Tuesday
•Pendleton police arrested Matthew Drew Cleaver, 44, of
Nyssa, for felony possession of methamphetamine.
•An Oregon State Police trooper just doing his job
arrested a man with a dangerous designation.
Antonio Charles Aguilar, 46, of Wapato, was walking
near Powerline and Bridge roads, Umatilla, according to
state police, when a trooper contacted him. Aguilar asked
for a ride to Stanfield to buy a bus ticket. Trooper Earl
Connell checked Aguilar for warrants.
The trooper found Aguilar had three warrants in Umatilla
County for failure to appear. State police also reported
Aguilar had a U.S. Marshals fugitive warrant for sexual
violent predator.
The trooper booked Aguilar into the Umatilla County Jail,
Pendleton. Circuit court records show Aguilar also goes by
the name Javier Noe Martinez.
Wednesday
•Pendleton police arrested Alejandro Adrian Ureno-
Alvarez, 37, of Weston, for felony possession of methamphet-
amine and on a warrant.
