1. Demolition of existing asphalt and concrete and excavation to subgrade
2. Street improvements including crushed rock surfacing, asphalt, and approximately 1,800 cubic

4. Structures including bollards, tree grates and guards, and tree well
5. Electrical including street lights and electrical outlets
