Pendleton, Oregon, the Umatilla
County Board of Commission-
ers will conduct a public hearing
on the proposed formation of the
Umatilla County 4-H, Extension,
and Agricultural Research Ser-
vice District. The Board of Com-
missioners has entered an order
declaring its intention to initiate
formation of the district. The pur-
pose of the county service dis-
trict will be to provide agricultur-
al education extension services.

Standards will change from
four (4) dwelling units per acre
to one (1) unit per acre. An-
nexation Ordinance No. 3818
brought the subject property
into the Pendleton City lim-
its. Zone change ZOA11-01
rezoned the subject proper-
ty from EFU, Farm, to R-2,
Medium Density Residential.
No development, including
land division, is proposed
as part of this request.
b. AMD17-09(EO Invest-
ment, LLC): Zoning Map
Amendment to rezone ap-
proximately 5,000 square feet
of land currently in the CMU,
Central Mixed Use, zone spe-
cifically identified on Asses-
sor Map 2N32 11BB Tax Lot
12602. The proposed zone
change is M-1, Light Indus-
trial. Uses will change from
commercial, light fabrication,
and auto repair in nature to
industrial, contractor, and
wholesale-type
marijuana.
The property abuts both
CMU, Central Mixed Use, to
the north, south, and west;
and M-1, Light Industrial, to
the east. No development,
including land division, is
proposed as part of this re-
quest.
