for the State of Oregon, have
been found on trust land spe-
cifically Allotment 2017 or
part of the S1/2NW1/4SW1/4
of Section 35, Township 3
North, Range 35 East Wil-
lamette Meridian without
authorization. These horses
will be impounded by the Bu-
reau of Indian Affairs on or
after November 8, 2017, if not
removed from the above de-
scribed lands following regu-
lations in 25 C.F.R. 166.807.
After the impoundment, own-
ers of unauthorized livestock
may redeem their livestock
by first submitting proof of
ownership and settling all of
the following obligations: (1)
a reasonable value of forage
consumed, (2) a penalty of
double the value of he forage
consumed, (3) damages to
Indian trust property injured
or destroyed and (4) all ex-
penses incurred in the inves-
