The City of Hermiston, Oregon, invites Bids for the construction
of the Biosolids Treatment & Disposal Improvements - 2017 proj-
ect. The Work generally consists of installing two anaerobic di-
gester mixing systems, two new boiler/waste pumps, modifying
digester piping and appurtenances, installing sludge-thickening
equipment with an emulsion polymer system, installing sludge de-
watering equipment with an emulsion polymer system, installing
dewatered sludge conveyance equipment, modifying the existing
gravity belt thickener building to accept the new thickening and
dewatering equipment, and associated electrical and controls.
Sealed Bids for the described Project will be received by the City
of Hermiston, at the City of Hermiston City Hall, 180 N.E. 2nd
Street, Hermiston, Oregon 97838, until 2:00 p.m., local time, No-
vember 16, 2017, at which time the Bids received will be publicly
opened and read.
The Contract is subject to the applicable provisions of ORS
279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage
Law.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions
