below date, has made a determination to acquire real property in trust for Andria Scott. The land
referred to as Allotment 505-A, Scott Property, herein and is described as:

The Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 2 North, Range 33 East,

Pacific spiral curve to the right having fifteen 35-foot chords and spiral angle of 3°30'00"; thence
westerly along said spiral curve, a distance of 525.0 feet to a point in said centerline of main track
as now constructed and operated; thence westerly along said centerline of main track which is a
straight line drawn tangent to the end of the last described spiral curve a distance of 157 feet,
more or less, to a point in the west line of said Section 9, that is 993 feet, more or less, distant
north from the West Quarter corner of said Section. Said Parcels 1 and 2 contain a combined
Total Area of 1.84 acres, more or less. Containing 37.85 acres, more or less, after the above
exceptions. AN UNDIVIDED 1/8 FEE SIMPLE INTEREST
Title to the lands herein described shall be subject to any existing easements for public roads and
highways, for public utilities and for railroads and pipelines or any other rights of way of record.

If no appeal is timely filed, this decision will become final for the Department of the Interior at the
