Morrow County Health District is seeking an Assistant Primary
Care Services Manager to work in partnership with the Manager to
oversee operations and the delivery of services to the Districtʼs
primary care clinics in Heppner, Ione and Irrigon. The Assistant
Manager works collaboratively with medical providers, other clinic
and District staff, and works with the Primary Care Project Specialist
in all areas of the Electronic Health Record software system. Assists
manager in the handling of complaints, preparing annual clinic
budgets, coordinating and promoting health education and screening
programs, and various other duties.
Requires excellent
communication skills; planning and project management skills and
the use of project management tools. Critical thinking capability,
demonstrated skill with software programs including Access, Excel,
PowerPoint and Word required. Successful applicant must have five
years of leadership and management experience, medical clinic
management preferred. Some college education required, Bachelor
