Bids submitted for Supply of Design, Labor, Materials and
Equipment must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Port
of Morrow, P.O. Box 200 (No. 2 Marine Drive), Boardman,
Oregon 97818 not later than 2:00 p.m., local time, on the 6th
day of July, 2017. At that time they will be publicly opened. Bids
will not be accepted after this hour and date. The Port of
Morrow will be acting as the General Contractor for this project.
The Project Description: The current scope of work for this
project will include Supply of Design, Labor & Materials, to the
Port of Morrow. The sites are located in Morrow County, OR
97818. Access to the site will be provided by the Owner. See
attached pipe line map for locations
A. Design, Labor and Materials for Electrical Equipment to be
installed at the Port of Morrow newly rebuilt Well 1 Pump
Station located at the corner of Columbia Ave NE and Ullman
Blvd, Boardman, OR 97818
B. The Pump Station is currently operational and the new
building is being built over the existing building. The new
building will have a new Electrical Room outside of the
existing electrical panel locations. Electrical Contractor shall
coordinate with construction manager to reduce as much
down time as possible.
C. Electrical Contractor shall install the New Electrical
Equipment, coordinate with UEC to move Power from existing
transformer to new service, reconnect existing pumps and
equipment and remove the old Electrical Service. All Used
Equipment to be returned to POM
D. Install Electrical Connection for Standby Generator and
Auto Transfer Switch to operate Control Power and both VFD
Booster Pumps.
E. All Trench locations to be located by electrical contractor
but will be provided by POM
F. Install all Wiring, Conduit, Lighting, Panels and
Interconnections
G. All materials will be FOB Job Sight with final delivery date
September 1st 2017
H. Final Construction Date November 15, 2017
The Port of Morrow reserves the right to award or reject for
good cause, any or all bids, or to postpone the award of the
contract upon finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
