IT Business Analyst III (Boardman, OR) (R17-103) The IT business analyst serves as a liaison between business and IT stakeholders. They understand the operations, goals and challenges of their clientʼs organization and recommend solutions. They do this by utilizing techniques to elicit, document, manage and analyze requirements and processes. By pairing this with their IT, industry and organizational knowledge they are able to provide recommendations to satisfy business needs. The IT business analyst may be called upon to provide user support, training, and problem resolution as needed. They work within teams of IT professionals to design, develop, maintain, and support IT applications critical to the success of PGE. Demonstrated formal presentation skills are a plus. · Ability to work effectively in a fast moving IT team environment. · Working knowledge of IBMs Maximo, and Oracles PeopleSoft a plus · Working knowledge of the software lifecycle · Preferred 5+ years experience supporting business applications or as a power user of business applications. · PGE is a regional provider of electric power.
