must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Port of Morrow,
P.O. Box 200 (No. 2 Marine Drive), Boardman, Oregon 97818
not later than 2:00 p.m., local time, on the 25th day of May
2017. At that time they will be publicly opened. Bids will not be
accepted after this hour and date. The Port of Morrow will be
acting as the General Contractor for this project.
The current scope of work for this project will include Supply of
Labor, Materials & Equipment to the Port of Morrow. The site
is located at the Port of Morrow, Boardman OR 97818. Access
to the site will be provided by the Owner.
Work consists of: Construction of a 100'-6” span concrete
roadway bridge structure that crosses over a future railroad
facility, including all appurtenances as shown on the
construction plans.
