raw materials and finished products and is accountable for
monitoring and ensuring a high standard of food processing
sanitation at the pre-operational and operational stages of
production.
Requirements: 4 yr degree in Food Ecience or Technology,
Microbiology, Chemistry or related field; AND 3 yrs Food Eafety and
Quality Assurance experience in a food manufacturing
environment. The ideal candidate will also be professional and
