Requirements: High School Diploma; 3 years supervisory experience;
1 year of warehouse experience preferably in the food processing
industry; willing to fill in on any shift; knowledge of plant operations
and process/packaging specifications; and able to lift 50 lbs.

Food Safety/Quality Assurance
Manager
Oregon Potato Company (OPC) in Boardman, OR, is an industrial
potato processing facility. Manages Food Safety and Quality
program. Provides oversight and monitoring of operations for
compliance with GMP, SSOP, HACCP, SQF, other regulatory and
customer pre-requisite programs and leads audits. Communicates
across all depts regarding acceptance, rejection and disposition of
raw materials and finished products and is accountable for
monitoring and ensuring a high standard of food processing
sanitation at the pre-operational and operational stages of
production.
Requirements: 4 yr degree in Food Science or Technology,
Microbiology, Chemistry or related field; AND 3 yrs Food Safety and
Quality Assurance experience in a food manufacturing
environment. The ideal candidate will also be professional and
friendly; customer focused; and able to work in a fast paced
environment.
