County, Thorough this letter I
would like to offer my sincerest
apology on behalf of myself as
well as my car club. In early
August 2016, I was driving too
fast through your county and did
not follow all the laws of the
road. Driving at an excessive
speed of over 130 mph is unsafe
and I will not drive that fast on a
public road again. There are
many non-public places to enjoy
high speeds responsibly and I
will follow the rules and will only
attend these events in the
