Principal Responsibilities
Logistics/Intracompany Transfer
*Responsible for departmental strategies for appropriate
inventory levels.
*Develop methods and procedures for scheduling of raw
materials from fields or storages to pack or processing facilities.
*Procure and Communicate with Trucking Companies for all
freight needs.
*Manage usage and inventory of, repair parts, PPE,
packaging and employee supplies to forecast demand and
avoid overstocking and shortages.
*Work closely with all facilities regarding order flow process by
forecasting delays product issues, or situations that could
impact operations.
*Oversee and ensure all logistics-related operations comply
with applicable health, safety and other regulatory rules and
regulation (DOT).
*Drive and facilitate activities that improve coordination and
communication within the logistics department and other
departments throughout the company.
*Participate in personnel development at all levels through
performance reviews and providing opportunity for high
performers.

plant and Processing Plant grounds.
*Track repairs and ensure competitive rates on ventilation and
refrigeration facilities.
*Work with outside ventilation vendors to ensure timeliness of
repairs.
*Develop long term maintenance repair schedule for capital
improvements to facilities.
*Perform raw inventory estimates on a monthly basis or as
needed.
*Manage ORST crews and ensure efficiencies.
*Oversee all bin activities and repairs.
Budgeting
*Responsible for the development and management of the
annual operating and capital budgets.
*Ensure that each department is operating and performing to
budget and implementing necessary changes to meet operating
and budget goals.
