Facilities *Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of storage buildings, shops, and all RPF grounds including Fresh pack plant and Processing Plant grounds. *Track repairs and ensure competitive rates on ventilation and refrigeration facilities. *Work with outside ventilation vendors to ensure timeliness of repairs. *Develop long term maintenance repair schedule for capital improvements to facilities. *Perform raw inventory estimates on a monthly basis or as needed. *Manage ORST crews and ensure efficiencies. *Oversee all bin activities and repairs.
