THURSDAY
7:18 a.m. - Large rocks blocked part of
Rieth Road near Pendleton and caused a
traffic hazard.
12:39 p.m. - Pilot Rock police took a
report of harassment at Pilot Rock High
School.
1:54 p.m. - A caller from Citadel
Recording Studio, 225 S.E. Second S.,
Pendleton, reported Elite Guns & Bows,
the business next door, harassed them.
2:12 p.m. - Sewer water from a broken
pipe flowed onto properties on Southeast
Eighth Street, Pendleton,
8:05 p.m. - A woman on Gander Way
Lane, Hermiston, reported two males
came to her house. Law enforcement
checked the area.
9:06 p.m. - Pendleton police looked
for a driver going the wrong way on
Southwest Emigrant Avenue behind the
Pendleton Early Learning Center on 13th
Street.
10:47 p.m. - The Morrow County
Sheriff’s Office sent a deputy to respond
to a fight at the Irrigon Shell Station, 300
Third St. S.E.. The troublemakers were
gone before the deputy arrived, and no
one at the station had enough information
for the deputy to contact anyone.
11:48 p.m. - A resident on Culp Lane,
Hermiston, reported hearing a possible
prowler walk through the snow. Umatilla
County sheriff’s deputies did not find
anyone suspicious.
FRIDAY
12:32 a.m. - A transformer blew out
at Highway 11 and East Appleton Road,
Milton-Freewater.
4:07 - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s
Office received another call about a
prowler walking around a home, this time
at Locust Mobile Village, 1501 N. Elizabeth
St., Milton-Freewater.
ARRESTS, CITATIONS
•Umatilla County probation arrested
Kamala Kim Tewee, 34, of 32 Willow
Drive, Pendleton, for felony probation
violation and for first-degree burglary and
second-degree theft. The state accused
Tewee of committing burglary and theft in
early November 2016 when she stole a
television from the Howard Johnson Hotel,
105 S.E. Court Ave., Pendleton.
•Pendleton police arrested Gina Marie
Perez, 33, address not provided, for
possession of methamphetamine and on
two felony warrants for failure to appear.
