Page 6A COMMUNITY East Oregonian PENDLETON BRIEFLY Third Thursday dining benefits PAWS PENDLETON — People can enjoy a meal and help raise money for the Pendleton Animal Welfare Shelter during a year-long promotion between the nonprofit organization and local restaurants. During the Third Thursday for PAWS, diners are encouraged to eat at the designated restaurant. To be eligible for the PENDLETON — A hearty meal featuring a variety of breakfast fare will be served to order at White Eagle Grange. The all-you-can-eat breakfast is Saturday from 6-10 a.m. at 43828 White Eagle Road, located off Highway 395 between Pendleton and Pilot Rock. The suggested donation is $7 for ages 8-and-older, $4 for ages 5-7 and free for those younger. Those who bring two nonperishable food items will receive $1 off. The donations will be distributed through local food banks.
