The Morrow County Fair Court
Chaperone is open to Morrow County
Residents.
The Morrow County Fair Court
program is open to Morrow County
students enrolled in 9th, 10 th , 11th and
12th grade students between the ages
of 14 and 19.
Applications are available at the
Fair Office and can be emailed by con-
tacting

Fair Court Applications will also be
available at Morrow County High
Schools.
This is a great opportunity for
young people to represent Morrow
County not only during the week of
fair in August, but at parades and other
functions throughout Eastern Oregon
in 2017, if they are selected as a mem-
ber of the Court.
Fair Court applications are due to
the Fair Office no later than 12:00 PM
on Monday, Dec. 19th, 2016. Late or
incomplete applications will not be
considered. Please return all com-
pleted forms and required documen-
tation. Fair staff will contact all ac-
cepted applicants to schedule inter-
views.

City has new rules
on found dogs
The City of Boardman will no longer
be releasing the breed or gender of
found dogs due to issues concerning
puppy mills. Release of information
about found dogs will only state the
location and size of the dog and col-
oring. The breed and gender are not
disclosed to ensure the proper owner
gets the dog.
