Bids due 2:00 p.m. November 17th, 2016
Bids submitted for Supply of Design, Labor, Materials and
Equipment must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Port
of Morrow, P.O. Box 200 (No. 2 Marine Drive), Boardman,
Oregon 97818 not later than 2:00 p.m., local time, on the 17th
day of November, 2016. At that time they will be publicly
opened. Bids will not be accepted after this hour and date. The
Port of Morrow will be acting as the General Contractor for this
project.
The Project Description: The current scope of work for this
project will include Supply of Design, Labor & Materials, to
the Port of Morrow. The sites are located in Morrow County,
OR 97818. Access to the site will be provided by the Owner.

General description of the project includes all Labor, Equipment
& Materials for the following:
The project Scope of Work shall include the Design/Build
Electrical Systems for Four separate new proposed Pump
stations construction will consist of the following
Two new 1800 SF booster building with the initial design to
include (4) 250 HP motors each.
One 1800 SF addition to our existing 41 Pond Pump station,
this addition to include (4) 250 HP motors.
One new 2880 SF Madison pump station building this station
to include (4) 250 HP motors, (2) 125 HP motors, and (2)
110HP motors.
The (2) booster station and the 41 pond pump stations shall be
designed with all panels and electrical in place for (5) pumps
with a max horse power of One thousand three hundred at
each station to provide for future expansion of the system.
The Port of Morrow reserves the right to reject for good cause,
any or all bids, or to postpone the award of the contract upon
finding that it is in the public interest to do so. Each bid must
contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident
bidder, as defined in ORS 279a.120. The bidder is subject to
all requirements regarding the payment of Prevailing Wage
Rates per Public Works Project ORS 279c.800 to 279C.850.

months of February 2016 through July 2016; plus late charges and advances; plus any unpaid real
property taxes or liens, plus interest.

AMOUNT DUE. The amount due on the Note which is secured by the Trust Deed
referred to herein is: Principal balance in the amount of $106,233.90; plus interest at the rate of
3.875% per annum from January 1, 2016; plus late charges of $303.84; plus advances and
foreclosure attorney fees and costs.

SALE OF PROPERTY. The Trustee hereby states that the property will be sold to satisfy
the obligations secured by the Trust Deed. A Trustee's Notice of Default and Election to Sell Under
