ECHO School District invites written sealed proposals for Construction Manager/General
Contractor (CM/GC) for the May, 2016 Bond Projects.
Echo School District currently serves approximately 280 in a K-12 setting. All students are housed
under one roof.
The intended scope of the May, 2016 Bond Projects includes demolition of an existing bus barn
and shop areas, construction of approximately 30,000 sf to include a gym, 6 classrooms, a new
shop, community room and fitness center, as well as upgrades to several other District facilities.
The contract period is expected to begin immediately upon selection and extend through
completion and close-out of the projects in December, 2018.
The District may, for good cause, reject any or all proposals upon a finding it is in the public
interest to do so and to rescind the award of any contract at any time before the execution of said
contract by all parties with no liability against the District.
