This position will manage all
aspects
of
the
Human
Resources program including
benefits
administration,
development and oversight of
personnel
policies,
compensation management,
recruiting and onboarding of
new employees, employee
development,
regulatory
compliance,
employee
coaching
and
discipline,
conduct investigations and
draft reports, respond to
internal and external HR
complaints,
administer
performance
appraisal
program,
oversee
safety
program, advise and train
managers/staff on HR policy
matters, ensure all HR related
records,
reports

paperwork are current, provide
and conduct quality assurance
and improvement activities,
lead OD efforts, and other

position supervises one part-

this position is $64,300 -
