Jason O’Dell Hughes, 18 and Samual D. Armatis, 19, both of RIchland, Wash., and one juvenile male were listed as suspects in the robbery after a Tri-Cities area resident contacted the Richland Police Department and turned over six hand guns believed stolen in the robbery.
