Twins surprised with OSU scholarships
Award totals $80,000

A pair of twins were
surprised with $80,000 in
scholarships Wednesday at
Hermiston High School.
“I didn’t know this was
going on. My dad said he was
picking us up, and I thought
we were going somewhere
else,” Andrea Gispert-Tello
said Wednesday. “I had no
idea.”

they likely will not attend
the same college. Andrea
hopes to study chemical
engineering and pre-med

ceremony Friday.

business is about,” Tyson
Frantz said. “That’s what
we do.”
His father Marty Frantz,
who was also present,
started the family-owned
business after Marty’s own
father suffered a stroke and

in 1997. Marty’s daughter

said the experience of

helped him realize that

memory care were often
impersonal and institu-
tion-like. Frantz decided
to build facilities that felt
more like a home, and his

like atmosphere,” she said.

modate residents with
dementia who are at risk
of wandering away. It
includes a secured court-
yard with a fountain and
plants that residents can
access any time.
