work for the construction for the new Boardman Recreation and
Aquatic Center. The planned facility will be approximately 41,000
SF and feature a full size gym, fitness center, exercise rooms,
climbing wall, indoor pool and therapy pools and an
administrative area. The recreation facility will be built at 301 NE
Olson Road in Boardman, OR. The District has selected Wenaha
Group as the Ownerʼs Representative, and Absher as the
CM/GC. The anticipated start date for construction is May 16th,
2016.
Scope of Services:
The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, supervision
and travel to undertake and complete the following Specifications
Divisions -01, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 29, 21,
22, 23, 25, 26, 27, 28, 31, 32, 33
Please note the Pre-Engineered Metal building has already been
awarded under a previous solicitation do not submit bids for this

Construction Contractors Board (CCB). Provide a current Oregon

B. The State (BOLI) prevailing wages are to be paid to all
