Vol. 15. 378. These water rights both allow the use of 1/80th of
one cfs from a diversion on the Umatilla River in Sec. 14, T2N,
R31E, WM, for irrigation within in Sects. 14 and 15, T2N, R31E,
WM. The applicant proposes an additional point of diversion on
Umatilla River within Sec. 15, and change the place of use
elsewhere within Sects. 14 and 15. The Water Resources
Department has concluded that the proposed transfer appears to
be consistent with the requirements of ORS Chapter 540, OAR
690-380-2110 and 690-380-5000.
