2:51 p.m. - A mother told 9-1-1 her son was high on
methamphetamine and outside the residence banging on the
walls yelling threats to her.
3:09 p.m. - A Hermiston man on West Elm Avenue alerted
law enforcement to people in a white pickup pulling a “big trailer
full of junk” may be going to dump all the trash in bushes by the
Umatilla River.
3:36 p.m. - A male told Pendleton police three other males

Avenue because the driver of a red vehicle came to her
residence and pointed a gun with a laser attached.
