comprehend safety rules, operating and
maintenance instructions, procedure
manuals and inventory identifiers. Must

miston Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on February 10, 2016 in the
council chambers of the Hermiston City
Hall, 180 N.E. 2nd Street, Hermiston, Ore-
gon. The purpose of the hearing is to con-
sider an amendment to the City of Hermis-
ton Transportation System Plan.
The proposed text amendment is available
for inspection at no cost at the Planning
Department office located in the City Hall,
180 N.E. 2nd Street, Hermiston, Oregon.
A copy of the proposed amendment can
be purchased at cost.
The proposed amendment to the transpor-
tation system plan will amend the 2003
Hermiston TSP 395 Corridor Refinement
Plan. The amendment to the corridor plan
amends the street circulation plan and
adds a new signal to service proposed re-
tail and existing industrial development.

The planning commission will not take ac-
tion on the proposed changes until the
hearing is complete and the adjacent
prop-

ning Commission an opportunity to re-
spond to the issue precludes appeal to the
Land Use Board of Appeals (LUBA) or the
City Council based upon that issue, an ap-
peal will be on the record unless directed
otherwise by the City Council.
