FRIDAY
Umatilla police at 12:59 a.m. received a call from a
woman at Last Chance Tavern, 240 S.W. 11th St., Hermiston,
reporting her ex-boyfriend stole her mother’s vehicle and was
heading toward Power City. She also requested contact at the
tavern.
$ resident at 10:21 a.m. called Stan¿eld police to report
a man at Coe Park was “kicking the garbage cans, BBQ pits
and water fountains.´ He suggested an of¿cer check on the
man and the equipment in the park.
The Umatilla County Sheriff’s 2f¿ce at 2:49 p.m.
received a burglary report from a resident of Lamar Gulch
Road, Athena, who said someone entered his barn and took
personal property within the last week. He requested phone
contact.
A resident of Arabian Drive, Pendleton, called the Umatilla
County Sheriff’s 2f¿ce at 5:0 p.m. to report an unknown
animal in their daughter’s room had killed a 0-pound dog.
The caller said they had the animal detained, but didn’t know
what it was and requested an of¿cer.
SATURDAY
Pendleton police began ¿elding reports of vehicles and
homes being egged at 1:45 a.m. Residents of Southwest
Sixth Street, North Main/Northwest Despain Avenue,
Southwest Alpha Court and Northwest 15th Street reported
the vandalism throughout the day.
Umatilla police at :40 a.m. received a report of a silver
full-sized pickup spotted traveling westbound in the eastbound
lane of Interstate 82 heading toward Washington. A caller
reported the vehicle stopped in the road, turned around and
began traveling eastbound. 2f¿cers were unable to locate the
pickup.
A Pendleton man reported at 8:01 a.m. that he woke up
and his gold 200 Buick Century was missing. He said he
last saw the vehicle at 9 p.m. and the keys were in the car.
Pendleton police took a theft report.
Rite Aid in Milton-Freewater reported the theft of perfume
from the store at : p.m. and again at :0 p.m. Sunday.
Milton-Freewater police took theft reports.
Two callers requested help in getting their vehicles out of
the snow, one at 2:0 p.m. on Skyline Road near Weston and
another at 4:06 p.m. on Yellowjacket Road near Pilot Rock.
Umatilla County sheriff’s deputies coordinated their rescues.
A resident of BM Mobile Home Court, 290 N.(.
Riverside Ave., Pendleton, called the Umatilla County Sheriff’s
2f¿ce at 4:02 p.m. to report two men were supposed to bring
her laptop to her but stole her TV instead. The caller admitted
one of the men did give her marijuana. She requested phone
contact.
A man called the Umatilla County Sheriff’s 2f¿ce at 11:09
p.m. from a residence on Alpine Drive, Hermiston. The caller
said he was assaulted by his ex-girlfriend’s relatives when he
went to the house to get diapers for his daughter. He declined
medical attention despite injuries to his forehead and hand,
but requested deputy contact.
SUNDAY
The Morrow County Sheriff’s 2f¿ce at 12:49 a.m. received
a report of a computer stolen from a residence at Green Acres
Mobile Home Park, 80542 Paterson Ferry Road, Irrigon.
The Umatilla County Sheriff’s 2f¿ce at 4:8 a.m. received
a call from a resident of Northeast 10th Street, Hermiston,
who said a man slapped her in the face several times and
stomped on her foot, then left when she slapped him back
and threatened him with a sword. She declined medical
attention but requested a deputy contact her.
A caller at 12:1 p.m. reported a man traveling on
Bombing Range Road, Boardman, lost a pontoon boat off his
trailer. The caller said there didn’t appear to be any injuries
but the man would need help reloading his boat because
it had landed upside down. Morrow County deputies and
Oregon State Police responded.
Boardman police were advised at 1:2 p.m. that a vehicle
parked at the Boardman Marina, One Marine Drive, had a
knife on the front seat and a samurai sword on the back seat,
but no one was around the vehicle. Of¿cers were unable to
locate the owner of the vehicle.
An employee of Lifeways, 290 Willamette St., Umatilla,
called Umatilla police at 10:0 a.m. to report a client kept
pulling the ¿re alarm and wanted to know if the client could be
charged with a crime.
ARRESTS, CITATIONS
Friday
Brian Larry -enkins, 4, address not provided, was
arrested by the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Of¿ce for second-de-
gree burglary, second-degree theft and second-degree
criminal trespass.
Pendleton police cited and released Juliana Rene Luke,
49, 51918 Sheoships Lane, Adams, for driving under the
inÀuence of intoxicants.
Saturday
Pendleton police cited and released Joshua T. Severin,
29, 016 S.W. Isaac Ave., Pendleton, for duii.
Milton-Freewater police arrested Tonya Michelle Bof¿ng,
24, transient, for two counts of second-degree theft and on
a Washington State Department of Corrections felony warrant.
Pendleton police arrested .yle Dennis Hatley, 2,
Pendleton, on two counts of ¿rst-degree burglary and one
count each of ¿rst-degree robbery, ¿rst-degree assault,
attempted unlawful use of weapon and second- and third-de-
gree theft.
Sunday
Umatilla Tribal Police arrested Michael Patrick Gallegos,
44, address not provided, on charges of possession of
controlled substance (Schedule I), unlawful possession of
methamphetamine, giving false information to police and
driving while suspended.
Milton-Freewater police arrested Fructuoso Alvarado
Lazaro, 0, address not provided, for mail theft.
Hermiston police arrested Holly Rae Prock, 4, address
not provided, on charges of ¿rst-degree burglary, harass-
ment-offensive physical contact and interfering with making a
report.
Pendleton police arrested Ryan Stephen Lee, 26, 200
S.W. Goodwin Ave. Apt. 25, Pendleton, for duii and resisting
arrest.
Pendleton police also arrested Justin D. Ayers, 18, and
Donald A.G. McGregor, 6, both of 1412 N.W. 48th Drive,
Pendleton, on charges of second-degree burglary and
third-degree theft after an employee of Hill Meat Company,
150 N.W. 50th Drive, Pendleton, reported the two men
gained access to the plant during a break and stole some
meat.

Lott, 91, of Heppner died
Saturday, January 9, 2016, at
Pioneer Memorial Hospital
in
Heppner.
Funeral Mass will
be held Thursday,
January 14, 2016,
at 11 a.m. at St.
Patrick
Catholic
Church in Heppner.
Concluding service
with
military
honors will follow
at the Heppner
Masonic Cemetery.
He was born
September
15,
1924, at Hatties-
burg, Mississippi,
the son of Clarence
and Edna Rainey Lott
Lott. He was
raised and attended
school at Hattiesburg where
he graduated from high
school in 1942. Randy then
entered the Army Air Corps,

DQG ÀHZ % /LEHUDWRU
bombers.
Following his honorable
discharge in 1946 he moved
to Walla Walla, Washington.
It was there that he met his
future wife. On August 17,

Kennedy at Walla Walla. In
1948 the couple moved to
Lexington where he began
working for Redd Leonard
at the Lexington Implement
Company. In 1958 Randy
opened
Lott’s
Electric
Appliance Store in Heppner.
He retired from the store in
1996.
In 1973 Randy developed
the Rasmussen-Lott addition
which included Willow
View Drive and
several homes. He

and spending time
with his family.
He was a member
of the Heppner
Elks Lodge and
the Willow Creek
Country Club. He
will be remembered
as a generous and
caring person who
helped many people
in many ways.

include his wife,

daughter Patti Pappas of
Heppner;
grandchildren
Lance Lott, Jenessa Lott,
Conner Pappas and Emily
Pappas; and sisters Irene

was preceded in death by a
son, Donald Lott; his parents,
Clarence and Edna Lott; a
sister, Mary Lillian Aultman;
and a brother, Curtis Ray
Lott.

Timothy Robert Webb of
Pendleton passed away on
January 8th with loved ones at
his side.
A fun-loving gentleman
with an engaging sense of
humor, Tim was great at rela-
tionships and staying in touch
with those he loved. He adored
cars,
airplanes,
and traveling. On
the day of his 16th
birthday, he got
his driver’s license
and also piloted an
airplane solo for
WKH ¿UVW WLPH $IWHU
graduating
from
Pendleton
High
School in 1981, he
had a successful
career in the travel Webb
industry for many
years.
Though he traveled a
rough road for a while, Tim
had recently moved back to
Pendleton and was thriving.
He enjoyed simple pleasures
such as eating cranberry bliss
bars and going to the local
PAWS shelter where he was
anxiously planning to adopt
a dog. Sadly, this came to
an end all too soon when he
suffered a major stroke on
December 17th.
He is survived by parents

beloved
