ECHO IRRIGATION DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that certain
landowners filed a petition (the “Petition”)
with the Board of Directors of the Echo Irri-
gation District (the “District”) to include ad-
ditional lands within the District. Petition-
ers include Leon A. Reese, Dorothy A.
Reese, Lawrence L. Lorenzen, Ila J. Lo-
renzen, Lorenzen Ranches, Inc. (“Petition-
ers”). The lands proposed to be included
within the District (the “Properties”) are
owned by one or more of the Petitioners

at 10am for the transaction of District busi-
ness. Any persons with objections to the
Petition may attend this meeting or submit
written comments or objections to the Dis-
trict's office prior to the meeting.
The failure of any interested person to
show cause as to why the Petition should
not be granted will be taken as an assent
on the part of that person to the inclusion
of the Properties within the District, as re-
quested in the Petition.
