the children for visitation, but she told him
she has MRSA — Methicillin-resistant
Staphylococcus aureus — and he did not
want the children with her for their safety.

•An elderly man at about 7:30 p.m. drove
a burgundy Dodge pickup past the guard
shack at the Umatilla Army Depot, Umatilla
Army Depot Road, Hermiston. Security
guards stopped the man, who seemed
confused and may have been intoxicated,
and stated he needed to get gas, then left
