The Hermiston School District (“District”)
invites sealed written proposals for archi-
tectural and related services related to po-
tential school district building renovation,
addition, and/or new construction projects
in anticipation of a potential May 2017
capital referendum (“bond issue”). The
scope of services to be provided may in-
clude, but are not necessarily limited to;
initial planning and architectural program-
ming, analysis of existing building condi-
tions, conceptual design development,
community involvement, and other archi-
tecturally-related pre-bond program plan-
ning. If the bond issue is successful, addi-
tional services including schematic design,
design development, preparation of con-
struction documents and associated con-
tracts, and architecturally-related Contract
administration may be considered.
Prospective proposers may obtain a copy
of the RFP, including the terms and condi-
tions of the Agreement to provide the re-
quested services, by requesting a digital
copy by contacting Wade Smith, Deputy
Superintendent,

attend a mandatory pre-proposal confer-

the District in its sole discretion.

Oregon as appropriate for training (RN, MSW, MD, Etc.) Current Case Management
Certification or to be obtained within 6 month of hire.
Security Officer - High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate’s Degree
preferred. Must be 21 years old or older. Have or obtain an Unarmed Guard
certification from Oregon Department of Public Safety and Security. Previous
experience in security operations, criminal justice law enforcement or related field
preferred. Must be proficient with Microsoft operating systems and MS Office, Work
well with limited supervision and, possess current CPR and CPI certification. Will be
working with a culturally diverse population. Bi-lingual preferred. Minimum of five
years nursing experience and a broad background of all nursing areas required.
Oregon license and ACLS and PALS required. Bachelor’s degree in nursing
preferred.
