eligible for the Developmental Disabilities
Program by utilizing guidelines provided by
OARʼs and the Seniors and People with
Disabilities Services Division. Qualified
candidates must have excellent writing and
computer skills and be able to assist the
Program Manager in meeting the needs of
the community. Salary range is $36,700 -

The Hermiston School District (“District”)
invites sealed written proposals for health
care services to be provided in a dedi-
cated Wellness Center located in the Her-
miston High School. The scope of serv-
ices to be provided include, but are not
limited to, well visits, screenings, referrals,
vaccinations/immunizations, lab services,
and insurance counseling for District stu-
dents and District faculty (employed
half-time or more) and their Oregon Edu-
cators Benefit Board insurance-covered
dependents.
Prospective proposers may obtain a copy
of the RFP, including the terms and condi-
tions of the Agreement to provide the re-
quested services, by visiting the District's
web-page [www.hermiston.k12.or.us/rfps].
Proposers must attend a mandatory
pre-proposal conference and site visit on
October 14, 2015, at 4:00 p.m., Pacific
Daylight Saving Time. The conference will
begin at 600 South First St., Hermiston,
OR 97838.
Proposals will be accepted until the dead-
line of 1:00 p.m., October 30, 2015. Pro-
