ROOFTOP HVAC UNIT REPLACEMENT
PROJECT
The Oregon Child Development Coalition
(OCDC, Owner) will receive bids to re-
place one existing rooftop HVAC unit
which serves the kitchen, with new. Bids
will be received until 3:00 pm PDT on
Sept. 11, 2015.
The project is located at 403 Peabody St.
Milton-Freewater, OR 97862 and will in-
clude removing the old unit, refrigerant,
etc., and replacing with a new unit, crane,
line voltage, low voltage controls, any re-
quired permits, ductwork revisions, and
start up. This will be a complete project,
start to finish.
Instructions to bidders can be obtained by
attending the mandatory pre-bid meeting
and walk through at the jobsite on Sept. 3,
2015 at 2:00 pm PDT.
Bids are to contain proof that the Bidder is
registered with the State of Oregon Con-
struction Contractor's Board (CCB). Bid-
ders must be able to present satisfactory
evidence that they have been regularly en-
gaged in this type of construction work or
are familiar therewith and that they are
fully prepared with the necessary capitol,
labor, equipment and machinery required
to perform the work to the satisfaction of
the Owner.
Performance Bond and Labor & Material
Payment Bond, each equal to one hun-
dred percent (100%) of the contract sum
will be required of the successful bidder.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any
or all bids, to waive informalities or irregu-
larities in the bidding, and to withhold
