string of reported distur-
bances Wednesday evening
in Hermiston resulted in
a warrant arrest and an
underage alcohol citation.
Kylee Flores, 19, from
Hermiston, was arrested on a
Hermiston Municipal Court
warrant and was booked and
released. Joshua Hughes, 18,
from Umatilla, was issued a
citation for minor in posses-
sion of alcohol and released,
according to information

At about 7:30 p.m.,
of¿cers were dispatched to
the area of Northwest 11th
Street and West Ridgeway
Avenue for a report of a
group of males preparing
to ¿ght. The of¿cer¶s report
states the subjects left when
they noticed they were being
photographed.
At about 9:15 p.m.,
of¿cers were dispatched to
a report of several people
arguing and ¿ghting inside a
residence on the 1100 block
of West Sunland Avenue.
An of¿cer reported Hughes
and others were in the front
yard, one of whom was a
23-year-old who refused
medical assistance for an
injury to his face. The victim
stated he had a dispute with
a friend and did not want to
pursue charges. The of¿cer¶s
report states Hughes was
issued the MIP citation, and
Flores was arrested there
for the outstanding warrant.
She was later booked at the
Hermiston Safety Center,
issued a citation for the
warrant, advised of her court
date and released, the report
states.
