Wheeler, Gilliam, Grant, Lake and Harney
Counties. We are recruiting for a regular
full-time Nurse Supervisor at Juniper Ridge
Acute Care Center, a Secure Psychiatric
Facility in John Day, providing services to
individuals with severe mental illness. This
position must have an understanding of the
OARʼs and apply them to policy and
procedure writing, and nursing care of
residents. This position will provide
monthly staff in services, and will develop
and participate in the personal care plan,
as well as provide input into the treatment
plan as part of the treatment team. This
position will perform some floor work.
Qualified applicants must have a valid
Oregon Registered Professional Nurseʼs
license at the time of hire, with minimum of
an Associateʼs degree in Nursing and
minimum of five (5) yearsʼ experience, with
at least one year at supervisory level. Must
hold a valid ODL and pass a criminal
history background check. This is an
exempt position. Salary between $62,800 -
$96,000 DOE. Excellent benefits package.

Bid Issuance #5 - Barns Design-Build
Frew Development Group, LLC (“FDG”) is
accepting subcontractor bid proposals
from all interested bidders for the Design
and Construction of the Barns as part of
the Eastern Oregon Trade and Event Cen-
ter Project located in Hermiston, Oregon.
This Project is being executed with a De-
sign-Build delivery method.
The Eastern Oregon Trade and Event
Center (“EOTEC” or “Owner”) is a special
district created by the Oregon State Legis-
lature for the purpose of acquiring land
and relocating the existing Farm-City Pro
Rodeo, Umatilla County Fairgrounds and
Umatilla County 4-H from their current lo-
cation in the City of Hermiston. FDG is
the Construction Manager for the Owner.
The successful bidder will be contracted
through FDG.
FDG will receive sealed bids and propos-
als by 12:00PM noon on Friday August
28, 2015. Bids and responses will be re-
ceived by Mr. Gary Winsand, Senior Pro-
ject Manager, in the FDG office located at
917 S.E. Columbia Drive; Hermiston, OR,
97838. Bids and responses shall be re-
ceived no later than the bid due date and
time, with contents as indicated herein. It
is the bidder's responsibility to ensure its
bid is received by FDG by the bid due date
and time. Bids received after this time will
not be accepted.
Bid proposals will be opened, reviewed,
and evaluated privately by FDG. Bid ac-
ceptance is subject to acceptance by the
Owner. FDG reserves its right to waive
any non-material irregularities that it be-
lieves to be in the best interest of the
Owner.
Bids shall be submitted in accordance with
this Request for Bid Proposal. Submitted
bids are to be clearly labeled with “East-

Pre-qualification prior to submission of a
Bid response is not required.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will
be held on Wednesday August 5, 2015 at
11:00AM. The pre-bid meeting location will
be the Stafford Hansell Building; 915 S.E.
Columbia Drive, Hermiston, OR; Confer-
ence Room #113. Although it is strongly
encouraged for interested bidders to at-
tend the pre-bid, it is not required in order
for a bidder's proposal to be considered.
