The HELP/SIP money is expected to be $151,500 which includes an approximate carry over from previous fiscal year
of $75,000. Capital outlay represents windmill resources as well as possibility of a $50,000 Small City Allotment grant
for streets. Materials and services costs continue to rise. State revenue will be used for city beautification. Land Use
Planning has been capped to approximately $5,000 total in fund.
