THURSDAY
•A Umatilla-area resident at 9:44 a.m. reported he
and his girlfriend have a green Isuzu Rodeo together,
which she loaned to a man he did not know, and now
that man refuses to give back the vehicle.
•An Irrigon resident at 9:46 a.m. requested a
Morrow County sheriff’s deputy regarding a neighbor’s
dogs on Diamond Ring Lane that attacks his dog and
others as well.
•A soon-to-be-ex-wife at 9:45 a.m. stood on her
VRRQWREHH[KXVEDQG¶VEODFN)RUGÀDWEHGWUXFN
outside the Pendleton Center For The Arts, 214 N.
Main St., Pendleton, to keep him from leaving. He
called police to report the problem and said they were
having a “custody issue.”
•A man at 10:15 a.m. told Pendleton police he was
transporting a juvenile runaway when she escaped
while he was at the Shell station on Westgate Drive,
Pendleton.
•A Hermiston-area man on Ordinance Road at
11:47 a.m. reported a few weeks ago someone stole
his 3000-watt Honda portable generator.
•A caller at 3:18 p.m. reported an Irrigon High
School student took an inappropriate photo at school
and posted it on the Internet. The caller said the
photo is no longer online but asked for contact from a
Morrow County sheriff’s deputy.
The deputy talked to the principal and found
nothing criminal happened.
•A Pilot Rock resident at 5:25 p.m. reported
someone on Southwest Cedar Street near Birch Place
was burning something “that smells really bad” and

•A Pendleton resident on Northwest 15th Drive told
police at 6:43 p.m. a neighbor may have stolen the
tablet computer she was renting.
•A Umatilla-area woman at 7:30 p.m. reported a
male left her a message on her answering machine
that he was her boyfriend and was going to come
and visit her and wants to marry her. She said she did
not get the phone number, erased the message, and
wanted law enforcement to know about it.
•A Pendleton resident at 10:18 p.m. told police
his neighbor on Northwest 11th Street puts her dog
outside and lets it bark until it wakes everyone up, then
she yells at the dog, then takes it inside. The caller did
not want to sign a complaint at this time but wanted
police to make the dog owner aware of the issue.
•Gunshots in Irrigon prompted a call at 11:10
p.m. from a local who said there were four shots at
Southeast Division Street and Idaho Avenue, but the
caller’s son heard only two shots. The Morrow County
