•A man on Grant Road, Milton-Freewater told law enforce-
ment at 8:50 a.m. someone smashed his mailbox and almost
knocked it off the post. He said he found other mailboxes off
their posts on the east side of Grant Road and on Telephone
and Eastside roads as well.
•A caller at 3:30 p.m. reported a 2-3-year-old boy was un-
attended in the parking lot at South Hill Apartments, 248 S.W.
28th Drive, Pendleton.
•A Boardman man at 4:09 p.m. reported another man tried
to buy some of his livestock, but the would-be buyer is under
investigation for animal cruelty and is not to own animals.
•A Pendleton resident at 4:20 p.m. (don’t laugh) reported
her former neighbor, a man in his 50s, continues to threaten

back.
•A service truck hit a Walla Walla resident’s vehicle at
about 5 p.m. on the 1100 block of South Main Street, Mil-

Avenue and 10th Street. She said she found that inappropri-

•A man at 6:36 p.m. reported a neighbor in Irrigon is
harassing his parents. He said the neighbor is upset about
code enforcement issues on the parents’ property and keeps

neighbor who drove erratically and almost ran over them
