Daylight to Dark : Sheep Dog Trials will be held at Thompson’s Ranch, 3 miles NW of Heppner on
Bunker Hill Rd. off Hwy. 74, between mileposts 41 & 42
8-9PM : Town Hall with U.S. Rep Greg Walden upstairs at the Elk’s Lodge. Come ask questions &
get updates on efforts back in Washington, D.C.
8-11AM: Filamco drawing for local Heppner Community Residents as a thank you for
donations made during Hurricane Yolanda. Located in front of the Post Office.

9 AM-4PM : Morrow County Fair Board Arts and Crafts Show: at the fairgrounds; breakfast
(cinnamon roll w/ coffee), serving lunch of pulled pork sandwiches with side, cookie and drink.

4-7PM: St. Patrick’s Catholic Church Altar Society at St. Patrick’s Senior Center Dining Room.
Serving Potato Soup, “Irish Beer Bread”, PB&J Sandwiches, homemade pies, drinks.
1PM: The Great Green Parade downtown Main Street! Don’t forget to wear green!
1:30-5:30PM: Bouncin’ Leprechauns Fun Zone: mountain climbing, jousting, slides, bouncy house
and obstacle course; cost $5 for 5 and under, $10 for 6 and over; bracelet good for the day. For
Preschool through High School aged kids - HES Gym-Hosted by Heppner Day Care.
2-4PM: Irish Sports of Hurling and Gaelic Football Demonstration/Workshop - Football Field
2-4PM: CEILI upstairs at the Elks. Irish entertainment. Drawing for $100 Pot O’Gold
2-3PM & 3-4PM: Bus Tour of “Talking Rocks” in Heppner. Meet in front of the public library to
catch the bus.
2PM: Ewe-Do-Bingo Live sheep activity between BEO/AmeriTitle. Sponsored by HHS Cheerleaders;
$5 per square, winner wins $300. Bingo squares sold until full or at 2:00pm.
3PM: O’Ducky Race: starts at the bridge in front of the Morrow County Courthouse. Adopt a duck to
win a prize of $10 to $100 Ducks can be “adopted” at table in front of Bucknum’s. Sponsored by the
Colt Football Program.
4PM: 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament - outdoor basketball court/Riverside. Sponsored by Boys/
Girls Basketball Program.
5-7PM: Senior Center Dining Room open for guest to bring “to go” meals to eat, sit and
relax
6-9PM: Elks Irish Buffet Dinner Corned Beef & Cabbage.
6:30PM: “Old Time Fiddlers” Show at the Fairgrounds Dance Hall. No admission charge, funded
by the Morrow County Unified Recreation District.
6-7:20PM: Local Children’s Talent Show St. Patrick’s Parish Hall, no admission charge.
4-7PM: Mrs. O’Leary’s Irish Spud Bar with salad, desserts and beverage: St. Patrick’s Senior
