The Stanfield Planning Commission will
hold a public hearing regarding amending
the Stanfield zoning map. The change
would specifically affect the tax lot on the
west side of US Highway 395 just south of
Locust Street (a.k.a: Assessorʼs Map
4N2932, tax lot 1102). It would rezone the
tax lot from Residential to
Residential/Multi-Family. The
following statement is required by state
law; the City of Stanfield and Umatilla
County have not made a determination
regarding how these amendments would
affect the value of your property: “Adoption
of these amendments may affect the
permissible uses of your property, and
other properties in the affected zone, and
may change the value of your property.”
The amendment being considered and
detailing the potential zoning map
changes are available for inspection at
Stanfield City Hall located at 160 South
Main Street, Stanfield, OR 97875. Copies
of the proposed amendments are
available for purchase at a cost of
$0.10 per page.
Any interested person may submit written
testimony prior to or at the public hearing.
Comments may be sent to Stanfield City
Hall. Comments received by January 30,
