IDEAS FOR HOUSEWIVES
HOME DEMONSTRATION
Water must be pure for drink-
ing purposes in order to safe-
guard health. If the source of
supply is not a public one, a
sample of the water 'should be
examined by an expert. The
surrounding ground should also
be Inspected so as to discover
possible sources of contamna-
tion. The country dweller who
depends on wells or springs does,
not always realize that drainage
of any .kind can reach the spring
that feeds the well or can seep
in at the top of the well. E. V.
